Norman is not flying today - Crete tomorrow
11 am (GMT) - Normans will not be flying today as the airport in Kithira, Greece is closed.He will fly on to Crete tomorrow, Saturday afternoon (airport only opens at 1.00pm local time).He then plans to fly Alexandria, Egypt Monday 5th of April weather and other factors permitting.
Norman Surplus is from Larne in N. Ireland. He is an accomplished autogyro pilot who has been active in many outdoor pursuits over the years. He is also an experienced crew member of a Royal National Lifeboat Institution rescue boat (similar to coastgurad recue) with responsibility for navigation and steering (coxswain). Norman is also the co-founder of clean energy technology company B9 Energy.
